We scoped out the best Redcliffe restaurants so you can simply rely on this list to craft yours. So, once you’re all done sunbathing on the sand, you can ditch the beach for a delicious bite to eat.
Slow Smoke Bistro
If you’re looking for a barbecue spot, look no further than the Slow Smoke Bistro, the home of slow-cooked meats so succulent you won’t know what to do with yourself. They’re open for breakfast, too, and have daily deals to draw in new customers. Whether you roll up for happy hour or wicked wings, the Authentic American BBQ plate is a must.
Thursdays are buy one get one free meal when you buy two drinks, Fridays and Saturdays are happy hour that includes drink and food deals. Wednesdays and Sundays offer all-day deals on wings, fries, tacos, and jugs. Yum!

If you need a prime breakfast or brunch spot, the Anchorage Bakery and Café might be precisely what you’re looking for. Bay Boats
Bay Boats is a bit of a legend in the area, and one visit will prove why. When it opened in 1950, it made its name on old-fashioned milkshakes, homemade burgers, and fish and chips. It’s still stealing attention for the same reasons over 70 years later, only now the menu has expanded. Of course, if you’re making a stop, you should check out the milkshake menu, but don’t sleep on the traditional corner shop menu – it features all the old favourites.

Bay Wok Multi Asian
Open six days a week (closed on Sundays) and serving a wide range of Asian dishes, the Bay Wok is the perfect stop if everyone agrees on Asian, but can’t narrow it down to one country to celebrate. The menu features everything from Japanese curries to your Chinese favourites; whether you can’t resist teriyaki chicken and steamed rice or you prefer crumbed barramundi, Bay Wok has all the bases covered. Don’t miss out on the deep-fried seafood balls. You deserve a treat!

The Coffee Club Kippa Ring
The Coffee Club is known far and wide for a reason and one of the biggies is their commitment to sustainability, with 80% of their ingredients from Australia. It’s a great spot for a celebration or just for a standard bite to eat, whatever you’re into. They offer a range of iced coffees, hot coffees, smoothies, and frappés. The all-day menu features some of the classic breakfast options, as well as a range of toast options. In addition to pizzas, the evening menu has delicious options like chicken parmigiana and chicken schnitzel. There are also classics like steak, fish and chips, and seafood baskets. There’s something on the menu for everyone, whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, brunch, or an evening date.

With a vast menu sure to make any mouth water, the Golden Bite Restaurant has a lot to offer. One of the most popular menu items is roast meat (chicken, pork, beef), served with freshly roasted vegetables. If that isn’t what you’re looking for, don’t worry – there’s plenty more where that came from, including a delectable Mongolian lamb. In addition to all the traditional Asian meals, there’s also an Aussie menu if you’re interested in fish and chips, a burger, or crumbed lamb cutlets.
They also offer a special lunch menu, whether you’re in the mood for an Aussie Lunch or an Asian one.

The Loft Gallery and Coffee House
Combining local art and delicious coffee, The Loft Gallery and Coffee House features a range of modern art, with a range of exhibitions to choose from. Of course, you can’t view art on an empty stomach, which is why the menu includes standard breakfast items, filled bagels or croissants, toasties, baguettes, soup, and light bites. In addition to the coffee menu, you’ll find a range of cold drinks, including milkshakes, smoothies, and teas.

Scarborough Harbour Brewing Co.
If you think a brewery is a good time, imagine how much better Scarborough Harbour Brewing is with views of the marina. This waterfront spot is the ideal relaxation spot, whether you want to sink a few brews or you’re desperate to explore the vast menu. It features all the standard fare, including pizzas and burgers, but there’s also a range of platters to choose from, as well as snacks, shares, and a kid’s menu if you want to bring the little ones along. You can book ahead if you’re worried about getting a prime spot, with bookings available for the engine room and the upper deck. Of course, you can’t forget to try one of the brews.

Sea Salt and Vine Redcliffe
Open for breakfast and lunch, the Sea Salt and Vine menu features light breakfast options, sweet breakfast options, and bigger breakfast mains. Why not splurge on the breakfast tacos or branch out with an order of lamb and rosemary savoury mince? The lunch menu is equally as tempting – check out the all-day breakfast menu or dive straight into the burger and tacos section of proceedings. The beef ragu is to die for, but that doesn’t mean you should overlook the grilled barramundi.
There’s a snack menu available if you’re just dropping in for a drink and a small bite to eat, whether you fancy a scone, ham croissant, or cake and ice cream.

Thai Hut Redcliffe
Whether you’re passionate about a red curry or prefer the massaman, Thai Hut has plenty of delicious dishes on the menu. Start with a warming bowl of soup or try the coconut prawns, but whatever you do, don’t miss out on the Thai Hut BBQ duck!

If you want to indulge your seafood cravings, Seafood Town Café is the place to do it. Whether you’re heading to the jetty just to eat or need a bite while you’re there, Seafood Town is worth your while. The coral trout is a revelation, so make sure you give it a whirl.

Sushi Central Redcliffe
You don’t need to book a flight to Japan to get great sushi, not when Sushi Central is offering its fine fare in Redcliffe. Pull up a chair and get ready to explore a wide range of what Japan has to offer on the cuisine front.

La Lanterna
Straight out of Genoa, this Italian restaurant also boasts a deli where you can pick up all your favourite Italian delicacies and it is serious. Whether you’re a fan of rigatoni salsiccia and pepperoni or you’re desperate to check out the dessert menu, everything at La Lanterna is worth eating!
It’s closed on Monday and Tuesday, but available the rest of the week and some of its items are available for takeaway. So, you could grab a focaccia or two and head right back to the beach with your mouthwatering bite to eat.

The Komo
With a varied menu, you can get a little bit of everything, which means it’s ideal if you have a group of people who can’t agree on a type of cuisine to chase. Order a share board to enjoy a little bit of everything to give you an idea of what the place is about. Or, you can order from the wider menu, which offers everything from delicious street tacos and pasta to the rotisserie meats they’ve become known for.
With a waterfront view, the large terrace makes a great spot to enjoy your mouthwatering meal. You might as well enjoy the sunshine while you sip on an ice-cold drink.

Preece’s at the Jetty
With meal deals and stunning views of the pier and bay, Preece’s at the Jetty is a popular Redcliffe spot you can’t afford to overlook on your eating tour of the area. It’s probably best known for the enormously delicious vanilla slice, so whatever you order, make sure you leave room! In addition to a varied savoury menu, they offer a range of mouthwatering cakes.

The Oasis on the Esplanade
With an all-day breakfast menu, as well as lunch to choose from, you’re sure to struggle to decide on what to order when a member of staff appears to take your order. That’s okay, you can just visit again and again until you’ve eaten your way through the menu! Lunch is served from 11 and there are a number of salads to choose from if you’re looking for a light bite, but they also come in heavy with burgers and toasties. After you’ve eaten, you can take a walk through the art gallery, where the owner’s, a local artist’s, work is on display. It’s also on display in the cafe, so you can’t miss it.

Royale Curries Redcliffe
If you’re interested in spice or fancy a curry, Royale Curries Redcliffe is a must-visit eatery. From the traditional appetisers of pakora and samosas to an assortment of goat dishes, there’s plenty to explore whether you’re well-versed in Indian cuisine or new to spice.

The Rustic Olive
Stop in at The Rustic Olive for Mediterranean dishes so delicious you might just look out on the water and think you slept through a flight abroad. Luckily, you’re still in Redcliffe and the menu offers exactly what you’d expect – an assortment of risotto dishes, pizze (that’s the plural of pizza in Italian), pasta, traditional Italian mains, and of course burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. There’s a little something for everyone, even the bambini.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast from a varied menu or pop in for lunch or dinner. Whether you’re desperate to try The Point Steak Sanga with a heap of seasoned fries or want to eat your way through the pizza selection, you won’t be disappointed by the food served up at The Point.

JD Thai
Formerly located in Margate, JD Thai offers a true exploration of Thailand’s authentic cuisine. Whether you stick with a classic like Pad Thai or want to experiment with drunken noodles, there are plenty of appetisers and curries to choose from.
For a small corkage fee, you’re free to bring your own alcohol.

Vietnamese Bistro
Sticking with themes of Asia, the Vietnamese Bistro offers a taste of Southeast Asia and while you’re free to explore the menu as you please, you have to have the pho! Since you’re visiting, you should also take a look at the spring roll offering and maybe even try the deep-fried chicken with rice.

Cactus Jack’s
As far as bars and grills go, Cactus Jack’s is a good one, and it comes with a Mexican twist! The starter menu looks like you’d expect – a selection of Mexican classics like nachos and jalapeño poppers and bar classics like potato skins and chicken strips. Then you can dive into a burger, one of the house specialties, or check out the grill menu!
Chilli Tuesdays are all-you-can-eat and for $35 you can grab yourself a bucket of Corona and a bucket of wings with dipping sauce.

Cafe 63
Sure, it’s part of a chain, but with a vast menu, it’s difficult to overlook Cafe 63. You could eat here every single day for the next year and still find something new to try. From pancakes and crepes to eggs almost a dozen ways… you can fill your boots at breakfast and skip the rest of the day’s meals! We can’t overlook the rest of the menu, though, whether you’re looking for a great burger or you have steak on your mind.

Little Lamb Restaurant
If you love small plates, this tapas hot spot is the ideal option, and you can’t visit Redcliffe without booking a table at the Little Lamb Restaurant.
Unlike other tapas-style restaurants, Little Lamb offers a range of sharing paddles to embrace variety. In addition to the tapas options on offer, you can also peruse a menu of larger dishes that explore a variety of cuisines, including burgers! The tapas share paddle is a great place to start, but don’t miss out on the stunning grilled octopus tapa and the arancini bites!

Big breakfasts, little breakfasts, and great coffee. If you’re up and at ’em early, this cafe is a must-stop. There are also plenty of toasties and sandwiches to choose from if you are looking for a delicious lunch spot.

The Belvedere Hotel
The Bel, as it’s known to locals, has been in business for over a hundred years and one visit should convince you why, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you’re in a group of two or four you can opt for one of the seafood sharing platters, but the menu is still vast enough to keep everyone happy.

Cafe Diversity
Start the day with a big breakfast or keep it light with eggs on toast, there are plenty of breakfast options on the Cafe Diversity menu. When lunch rolls around, there’s a new offering to choose from, with burgers, light meals and salad, plus a large drinks menu, whether you fancy a peanut butter and banana smoothie or a ginger beer. They roll out an entirely different menu for dinner diners, serving pasta, pizza, burgers, and a few traditional mains.

Banjo’s Bakery Cafe
