This month I talk to 21 year old Sandgate local, Angus, who is gearing up for a very special challenge. He will compete in a half Ironman to honour his late grandfather and to raise funds for Karuna Hospice Care, the not-for-profit organisation that provided palliative care for his grandfather in his final days.
