Embark on a spine-tingling adventure as the Redcliffe Markets Festival of Frights haunts the foreshore just in time for Halloween.
The fang-tastic twilight market will be back on Saturday, 26 October with a ghostly pirate theme that promises to shiver your timbers.
Market coordinator Mark Power said the Festival of Frights was a one-of-a-kind Twilight Market that was impossible to replicate.
“With best dressed competitions, spooky activities and a spectacular fireworks finale at 8.30pm, this event will turn Redcliffe into the ultimate Halloween destination,” he said.
“Last year’s event attracted over 15,000 attendees from all over South East Queensland – an impressive turnout that’s rare for similar events.
“It’s events like these that play a significant role in boosting local awareness and driving the economy, as they draw both locals and visitors to discover and support the incredible businesses in our community.”
Spooky Fun for Everyone
Market-goers can feast on ghoulish goodies from food trucks, enjoy bone-chilling live entertainment and scour over 200 spooktacular stalls.
Little monsters can hunt for hidden treasure in a pirate’s scavenger hunt, trick-or-treat, get their faces painted and more. Keep an eye out for eerie stilt-walkers and pirate performers parading through the market.
Park for free on the street or for $5 at Pearson Park, Klingner Road.
