Already a highly regarded foodie destination, Moreton Bay Food and Wine Festival 2024 is shaping up to be the most spectacular yet!

This year there will be more to see, do and taste – more chef experiences, more stages, more entertainment, more stalls and over 200 different wines to sample.

There is plenty for everyone to do – sit back and enjoy live music, take a walking tour, watch a cooking show, indulge in seafood feasts, relax with coffee and cake, visit food stalls, get your boogie on with a live DJ – the fun is limitless.

And let’s not forget the drinks! The Cellar Door offers an extensive array of wine to enjoy with jazz and nibbles, Brews on Brambles is the place to sample beer and all things brewed, The Springs have divine cocktails, and The Oasis is the spot for free spirit tastings.

Celebrity chefs are another highlight of the show – come and meet your culinary TV heroes in real life! This year 15 chefs, including Matt Golinski, Dominique Rizzo, Adam Liaw, and Alastair McLeod, will be wowing us with tantalising dishes using local produce.

Featured chef Fiona Anchal of Wholesome Bellies said she is looking forward to her first time at the festival and demonstrating some tasty vegan dishes.

‘I’m excited to have a big audience to share the message that plant-based food is healthy, delicious and easy to add to your life.’

‘This is a chance to show what’s possible. I will be demonstrating how easy it is to turn some traditional old favourite meat-based dishes into vegan.’

‘People are now more open to using more vegetables and also recognizing that food is more than just fuel. It’s a way for us to connect with each other,’ Fiona said.

Meet local producers at The Market Place – hear their stories and buy local products so you can get creative in the kitchen yourself after all the wonderful inspiration of this stellar event.
