Bringing joyous entertainment and food and refreshments aplenty, St Mary’s Christmas Fair is back and with heartfelt wishes to ‘ho-ho-hope to see you there!’
The local Anglican Church’s annual event has been a tradition of the Redcliffe community for many years and is an opportunity for everyone to come together for some festive fun.
Reverend Danni Clark said that she was incredibly excited about the celebrations, especially given that this was her first Christmas Fair as the new priest in charge of the Anglican Parish of Redcliffe.
“There will be some wonderful entertainment from The Sharon Alback Carollers, The Multitude Choir and The North Pine Brass Band to help get us in the mood, and lots of stalls to peruse,” Rev’d Danni said.
Delights for the Whole Family
In addition, a fun kid’s zone will be set up especially for the younger members of the community, with whispers about a visit from a special white-bearded and red-robed someone.
Rev’d Danni said those looking for Janice’s famous Christmas cakes would be pleased, adding that “they are available to pre-order if you contact the church office to guarantee you’ll get one.”
