Local business coach Brad Flynn is set to release his fourth book, The Daily Business Olympian, this month.
Written for business owners and leaders, Brad said the book draws on more than 15 years of mentoring, coaching, and running workshops.
“Throughout that time, I noticed something fascinating – the businesses achieving extraordinary results weren’t necessarily run by the smartest people, the hardest workers or those with the biggest budgets,” he said. “They were led by owners and leaders who consistently focused on the right things, day after day.
“As I reflected on those lessons, I realised they all connected back to nine fundamental principles that influence every successful business, regardless of its size. I came to call them the 9 Gravity Principles because, much like gravity itself, they’re always at work. Whether we recognise them or not, they influence the outcomes we achieve.”
Inside the Book’s Daily Framework
Brad said The Daily Business Olympian provides a complete framework for improvement, supported by 365 practical lessons.
“Each entry follows a simple format: a practical business insight, a question designed to encourage reflection, and a carefully selected quote that reinforces the lesson,” he said. “I wanted every page to be read in just a few minutes over a morning coffee, while providing an idea that could genuinely influence the decisions made that day.”
He said he hoped the book would become a trusted daily companion and “a reminder that extraordinary businesses, like extraordinary athletes, are built through the small disciplines and decisions repeated consistently over time.”
