Brad Flynn of Business Mentored is known for his practical business advice delivered across several formats, such as face-to-face, in a column within this magazine, and, of course, in handy book layouts.  

Following the success of his previous books, Find Your Cash and Find Your Ideal Employee, Brad is set to launch How To Work On Your Business (Not Just In It), which is about helping business owners go deeper into creating real freedom.  

“This book builds on the practical, results-driven approach I used in my two previous books,” Brad said.  

“However, it shifts the conversation from just fixing cash flow or hiring better to actually designing a business that gives you more time, money and ultimately more choice in life.”

A Book to Reignite Purpose and Freedom

According to Brad, he has seen thousands of business owners first-hand “getting stuck in survival mode – burning out, missing family moments and doubting if they made the right choice going into business.”  

“I’m passionate about helping them get back to why they started their business,” Brad said. 

The book will launch on Monday, 2 June on Amazon, with options to purchase as a print copy or to read digitally (an audible version is also in the works).
